How to play Pixel Maze

Pixel Maze is a tribute to classic maze arcade games. You guide a small hero through a neon grid, eating dots while ghosts wander the corridors.

Controls and rules

Use the arrow keys to choose a direction; the hero keeps moving until it meets a wall. On a touchscreen, swipe up, down, left or right. Eat every dot on the board to finish the level. If a ghost touches you, you lose one of your 12 lives.

Scoring

• Small yellow dots are worth 5 points.
• Big green dots are worth 50 points.
• The first level has three ghosts and later levels have up to four, each level faster than the last.

Tips

You can queue your next turn before you reach a junction, which makes cornering much smoother. Clear the dots far from the ghosts first and leave the safest area for last.
